RoundTable.media Help 101
There are several ways to get help from RoundTable.media.
Our HELP page has a list of articles to explain things and offer tips to using Roundtable.media. We expect these articles to answer many questions you may have. If you can't find the answer to your problem there or in the FAQ (which is yet to come and will be posted on the Help page) there are two other ways you can get personalized help for your situation: CONTACT US (email) and COMMUNITY.
Feel free to contact us directly for any reason—techinical, creative or other—after you've searched through the Help Articles.

- Under ABOUT in the footer at the bottom of every page.
- In your Personal Account Manager — that's the pulldown menu of user tools which shows under your name once you are Logged-In
If you visit the COMMUNITY page, you will see an option on the upper right "Say what's on your mind". This is of course open to the whole community and is more for community discussions and a less direct way to contact us. However, we do respond to messages here as well—maybe not as quickly.
Remember, we do want to hear from you—Both Good and Bad— but our priority is solving problems to make RoundTable.media the most useful tool you have. We want to help you advance your career and grow your business.
